The loft is a family favorite, featuring two queen bunk beds that deliver plenty of space and fun for children or additional travelers, all wrapped in the same warm, rustic style that defines the property.

WHAT TO KNOW

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 4 people.
• There is no parking included with this home.
• This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING

• Reservation will be confirmed once the required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
• Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
• The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
• Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
• Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
