WHAT TO KNOW
- Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
- The maximum occupancy is 12 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 3.
- This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances.
- Mountain Village's Dial-a-Ride is available to and from the home to the gondola.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- Half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Stays greater than thirty (30) nights are non-refundable. The Reservation Team will reach out to schedule additional cleaning and process payment.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
