Let out that cheer as you simply approach this sprawling Mountain Village mansion. Because the beautiful architecture and the awe-inspiring nature as you drive onto the property will make your joy difficult to contain. And what lies inside should certainly come as no surprise. There’s the spacious, modern industrial kitchen that could help you feed a village, and enough seating to invite them over for a welcoming meal. Once everyone is full, head to the main open living space, with its high windows, soaring ceilings, and intimate fireplace that is sure to warm everyone’s hearts. A little entrance music may be in order, so there’s even a grand piano should someone want to set the festive mood.

In the mood for something a little more competitive? Head down to the game room, where you’ll find a pool table, shuffleboard, and convenient wet bar you can stock with refreshments for those rare moments you need a break from all the fun. And if the friendly competition happens to spill outside, you’ll be happy to know the ski-out aspect of the home is even okay for beginners.

Oh, and about that outside we just mentioned. You’ll be spending plenty of time in it. Whether you’re just relaxing in the in-ground hot tub, making the rounds around the ornate grounds, or wasting an entire day testing every seat on your many balconies to find that perfect view - in one way - each angle shares the very same perspective. WHAT TO KNOW

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 10 people.
• The maximum number of cars at the property is 6.
• Dial-A-Ride is also available for those who prefer heading into the Village to hit the slopes.
• During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
• This home is for sale, and showings may occur during reservations. 24 hour notice will be given, if possible.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING

• Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
• The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
• Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
