Welcome to Hood Park Manor, hosted by InvitedHome. This slopeside retreat features a main house and a charming guest cottage, offering a total of eight bedrooms. The main living areas showcase oversized stones, rich wood framing, and large windows that bring in plenty of natural light. Outside, expansive decks with fireplaces and a hot tub overlook acres of trees and the Galloping Goose ski run.

On the main level of the home, the great room features an impressive fireplace, while the sleek kitchen includes Viking appliances. Nearby is a breakfast/wet bar, the grand dining room, and another outdoor lounge area with a fireplace. One bedroom with a king bed and ensuite is located on this floor. Nearby ski lockers provide easy access to the slopes just outside.

On the lower level, you will find entertainment options like a theater room, game room with billiards and shuffleboard, workout room, and a spacious steam room. Step outside from this level to enjoy the patio and outdoor fireplace. A full-size catering kitchen also resides on this level, where local private chefs can create delicious meals for you and your party.

For sleeping arrangements, there are four rooms with king beds and ensuites, as well as a bunk room with two sets of twin bunk beds and an ensuite.

The guest house includes a living room, kitchen, dining area, and one king bedroom downstairs, plus a cozy reading nook and a queen bed upstairs, both with ensuites.

With ski access nearby, you can easily enjoy lunch at Alpino Vino or take the gondola to Historic Telluride for shopping and dining. During the summer, head in to town for festivals, hiking, and shopping. End the day with cocktails at There… Bar and pizza from Brown Dog Pizza. Hood Park Manor offers elite amenities and is an iconic destination in Mountain Village.

WHAT TO KNOW

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 18 people.
• The maximum number of cars at the property is 4 in the garage.
• Events are strictly prohibited at this property.
• This home is not pet friendly under any circumstances due to homeowner allergy.
• Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
• Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Please call us for the latest updates—conditions vary day to day.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING

• Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
• The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
• Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
