WHAT TO KNOW

• Everyone in your group must be over 31 or accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
• The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
• Room service is not available.
• Full housekeeping daily is included during your stay.
• The AC in this home is a cooling system that gets the home down to around 68 degrees.
• Paid Valet parking available for up to two cars. Payment is collected directly at the Ritz-Carlton front desk. The Valet is open from 6:00am –11:00pm.
• This home requires final homeowner approval for all bookings.

WHAT TO EXPECT AFTER BOOKING

• Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
• If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
• For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
• The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
• Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.
