- The maximum occupancy is 8 people.
- The maximum number of cars at the property is 2.
- The parking garage space is narrow and may be a tight fit for large SUVs.
- During peak seasons, check-in time is 4:00 pm. There is typically a departure the same morning, and our teams are going to great lengths to make the home perfect for a 4:00 pm arrival time. Luggage storage is unavailable while the home is being readied for an arrival. We recommend making travel plans accordingly. Our Reservation Specialists are happy to offer suggestions if you arrive early.
- Ski-in/ski-out access is subject to snow conditions and weather. Availability may vary depending on resort operations.
- Nearby construction may cause occasional noise or disruption. Please call us for the latest updates—conditions vary day to day.
WHAT TO EXPECT
- Reservation will be confirmed once required E-sign of Terms and Conditions is completed.
- If arrival date is more than 110 days prior to booking, half of the grand total is due upon booking and the remaining balance is due 110 days prior to arrival.
- For reservations exceeding eight days, please expect our Reservation Team to reach out to schedule an In-Stay Refresh and process payment.
- The Guest Assistant Team will be in touch with personalized Destination Guides and Check-In information.
- Check in codes will only be sent if there is a credit card on file for the reservation. These codes will be sent via text message on the day of arrival after 4:00pm.

Once you enter the driveway to Pine Meadows, go around the corner and your unit will be on the left. There are two parking spaces: one inside garage, one in driveway. HOA is very strict on parking regulations and will tow. To protect the home and wildlife awareness, we kindly ask that the garage door remain closed whenever it is not in use. Keeping the garage closed helps prevent wildlife from entering, protects belongings, and ensures the home remains secure during your stay. Thank you for helping us care for the property.
